Tackling cost of living is our number one priority - which is why the Cook Labor Government's 2024-25 State Budget provides a record $762 million in support for families, including our $700 Household Electricity Credit, delivered in partnership with the federal Albanese Labor Government.

Credits will be applied to your energy account in two instalments - through the July-August and the December-January periods.

Our $400 State Government electricity credit is only possible because WA Labor stopped the Liberal's plans to privatise our energy system, and we have prevented the sky-rocketing increases in household power bills that have been seen in the Eastern States.
